1. General Shipping Terms

All orders are produced on demand and shipped according to the signed Production & Delivery Contract.

Standard delivery condition is Ex-Works (EXW) Istanbul, Türkiye.

Transportation, insurance, customs clearance, and duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

2. Shipping Options

While our standard delivery is EXW, customers may request additional logistics support:

Road Freight (Europe & Middle East)

Sea Freight (Worldwide)

Air Freight (Urgent shipments, limited to smaller units)

Courier Service (Spare parts & small equipment)

3. Packaging Standards

All machines and lines are packed for international shipping:

Foam padding for impact protection

Wooden crates for structural safety

Plastic stretch wrap for moisture and dust protection

Optional palletizing for easy handling

4. Insurance

Unless otherwise agreed, shipments are not insured by default.

Customers may request optional insurance coverage at an additional cost.

Insurance must be arranged before dispatch.

5. Delivery Times

Production times vary depending on machine type and configuration (specified in the contract).

After production is completed

Transit times depend on the chosen shipping method and destination country.

6. Risk & Responsibility

Responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer once the products are handed over to the carrier at the EXW point.

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery. Any damages must be reported within 12 hours with photos and courier documentation.
