Q1: What makes AquaLine Units different from other manufacturers?
A: Unlike general machinery producers, we focus exclusively on gallon filling lines (Polycarbonate, PET, and Glass). With our production partner Güçlü Makina Ltd., we combine 30+ years of engineering with a strong sales & service model.

Q2: What types of gallon filling systems do you produce?
A: We manufacture complete lines for:

Polycarbonate Gallons (19L / 23L)

PET Gallons (15L / 19L)

Glass Gallons (15L)

Hybrid systems (Polycarbonate + Glass)

Q3: Can machines be customized?
A: Yes. While we offer standard capacities (300 – 2400 bph), all projects can be custom-engineered according to your bottle type, layout, and production needs.


🔹 Orders & Payments

Q4: How can I place an order?
A: Orders are valid only after signing a Production & Delivery Contract, which includes technical specs, delivery timeline, payment plan, and warranty terms.

Q5: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We only accept bank wire transfers (USD, EUR, TRY).

100% prepayment may qualify for discounts.

All bank transfer fees are covered by the buyer.


🔹 Delivery & Shipping

Q6: Do you deliver worldwide?
A: Yes. All orders are shipped under Ex-Works (EXW) Istanbul, Türkiye terms. The buyer is responsible for logistics, insurance, and customs. We can support with trusted freight forwarders if needed.

Q7: How are machines packaged for transport?
A: Every unit is prepared for international transport using:

Foam padding

Wooden crates

Plastic stretch wrap

Optional palletizing

Q8: Do you provide insurance for shipments?
A: Insurance is not included by default, but can be arranged upon request.


🔹 Warranty & After-Sales

Q9: What warranty do you provide?
A: All machines include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Optional extended maintenance contracts are available.

Q10: What services are included after delivery?
A: We provide:

Installation & commissioning

Operator training (English, Turkish, Arabic, French)

Maintenance & spare parts supply

After-sales support via email & WhatsApp

Q11: How do I claim warranty service?
A: Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your contract number and photos/videos of the issue. Our team will guide you through troubleshooting or arrange parts/service.


🔹 Returns & Refunds

Q12: Can I cancel or return my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours after contract signing. After that, production begins and cancellations are not possible. Returns are accepted only for confirmed manufacturing defects (see Return & Refund Policy).


🔹 Technical Questions

Q13: What are the production capacities?
A:

Polycarbonate: 600 – 2400 bph (19L / 23L)

PET: 600 – 1200 bph (15L / 19L)

Glass: 300 – 1200 bph (15L)
Capacities vary depending on bottle size and configuration.

Q14: Can I expand my line later?
A: Yes. Our systems are modular and can be upgraded with additional units (washing, capping, labeling, palletizing).

Q15: Do you provide spare parts after warranty ends?
A: Yes. We stock and supply genuine spare parts, with priority for customers under maintenance contracts.
