At AquaLine Units by Güçlü Makina Ltd., all our gallon filling lines and related equipment are custom-built for each client. Because of the specialized and made-to-order nature of our machines, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy.
All sales are considered final once a production contract is signed and initial payment is received.
Returns are generally not accepted for custom-made machinery.
Refunds are only issued under the limited conditions described below.
A refund or replacement may be considered if:
The delivered equipment does not match the technical specifications outlined in the signed contract.
The equipment is proven to have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or replaced under warranty.
A cancellation is requested before production has started (administrative fees may apply).
Refunds will not be provided if:
The machine was produced and delivered according to the agreed contract.
The client requests modifications, capacity changes, or additional features after production has started.
Damages occur due to shipping, mishandling, or installation by unauthorized personnel.
The client fails to provide accurate technical requirements during the inquiry and contract process.
Any refund request must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will only be processed after a technical inspection confirms eligibility.
Approved refunds will be issued by bank transfer only.
All transfer fees and charges are the responsibility of the client.
If possible, equipment will first be repaired or replaced under the standard 1-Year Warranty Policy.
In cases where repair or replacement is not possible, a partial refund may be granted (deductions for administrative and production costs will apply).
