Welcome to AquaLine Units by Güçlü Makina Ltd.. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://aqualineunits.com and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Business Model

  • AquaLine Units specializes in custom-engineered gallon filling lines and related machinery.

  • All equipment is made-to-order based on customer specifications.

  • There are no off-the-shelf or stock machines; every order requires a production contract.

2. Orders & Contracts

  • A valid written contract must be signed for every order.

  • Orders are confirmed only after receiving the initial payment (advance deposit).

  • Technical details, specifications, and project scope will be defined in the contract.

3. Payments

  • Standard payment terms: 30% advance deposit + 70% balance at EXW (Ex-Works Istanbul).

  • Alternatives may include 40% + 60% or other terms mutually agreed upon.

  • All payments must be made by bank transfer. Online card payments are not accepted.

  • All bank transfer fees and charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are quoted in USD or EUR unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change until a contract is signed.

  • Taxes, customs duties, shipping, and insurance are not included in product prices.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery terms are Ex-Works (EXW) Istanbul, Türkiye.

  • Buyer is responsible for shipping, customs clearance, duties, and insurance.

  • Upon request, AquaLine Units may assist in logistics coordination, but liability remains with the buyer.

6. Warranty & Service

  • All machines come with a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Optional maintenance and spare parts agreements are available.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom-built nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Refunds are only possible under conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Liability

  • AquaLine Units is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by customs, shipping companies, or force majeure events.

    • Damages during transport (buyer must arrange insurance).

    • Misuse or operation outside of provided technical guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, images, technical designs, and documentation on this website are the intellectual property of AquaLine Units by Güçlü Makina Ltd.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.

  • Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon publication.
