All AquaLine Units systems are shipped under EXW Istanbul (Ex-Works) terms.
Packaging includes foam padding, wooden crate, and stretch wrap for maximum protection during transport.
We assist clients with international logistics, customs documentation, and optional insurance via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight.
Delivery time: 10–12 weeks after confirmed down payment.

Therefore, returns, refunds, and cancellations are not accepted after production has started.
