The Cap Removing Machine automatically removes old or used caps from polycarbonate gallon bottles (19L / 23L) before the washing and filling process begins.
This system increases production speed, reduces labor costs, and ensures hygienic pre-processing of returned bottles.

Manufactured entirely from AISI 316 stainless steel, the machine guarantees long life and resistance to chemical detergents and continuous water contact.
It can be used as a standalone unit or integrated directly into the main PC filling lines.
