All AquaLine Units systems are shipped under EXW Istanbul (Ex-Works) terms.
Packaging includes foam padding, wooden crate, and stretch wrap for maximum protection during transport.
We assist clients with international logistics, customs documentation, and optional insurance via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight.
Delivery time: 10–12 weeks after confirmed down payment.

Each system is custom-built and project-specific.
Therefore, returns, refunds, and cancellations are not accepted after production has started.

All parts in contact with water are made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel.
Non-contact frames and covers are aluminum or galvanized steel with anti-corrosion coating.
Hoses and fittings are food-grade and BPA-free.
